Shipping is free to Italy, the European Union and the United Kingdom, with no minimum order.
For the United States and other international destinations, shipping is free on orders of €399 or more.
Within the European Union, delivery is generally expected within 1–3 working days of the courier receiving your parcel. For destinations outside the EU, delivery times vary by destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, where available.
Returns & refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email info@unityoriginal.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and we will provide all the instructions.
Returns are free within Italy and the European Union: we arrange collection or provide a return label. For standard returns from countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom and the United States, return shipping is at your expense where permitted by applicable law.
You may try the garment on as you would in a store. Handle it with care and, where possible, return it with its original packaging, labels and accessories.
For withdrawals governed by Italian or EU law, refunds are issued within 14 days of notification, using the original payment method. The refund may be withheld until the products have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
To change the size or style, you can return the item and place a new order.

- Iron at a low temperature using a pressing cloth.
- Professional dry cleaning (P) is permitted.
