Returns & Refunds

The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of the order. For the purposes of the deadline, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the competent shipper. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned and the authenticity label including the security seal are essential conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. All items must arrive in the same condition in which they were received, equipped with labels, original packaging and the authenticity label attached to the relevant guarantee seal without any defects. Items must not have been worn or altered in any way and must show no signs of wear or use. The soles of the shoes must not be marked in any way.

How to make a return

- The return request can be made via e-mail to info@unityoriginal.com or via the form in the "Contacts" section of the site, specifying the order number and the item(s) you wish to return or change.

- A notification of receipt of the goods will be sent to you by our customer service who will confirm the refund within 4 working days from the delivery date.

Unity will accept the returned goods, reserving the right to ensure that the products have been returned within the terms previously described.

Unity reserves the right to refuse unauthorized return attempts that do not comply with the specified return policies
