Consumers who, for any reason, are not satisfied with their purchase have the right to withdraw from the order without penalty and without having to specify a reason, within 30 days from the order date.

For the purpose of meeting the withdrawal deadline, the return is considered made when the goods are delivered to the appointed courier.

To correctly exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the product is returned intact and in the same condition as it was received. All items must have:

• original labels;
• original packaging;
• authenticity label;
• intact and still applied warranty seal.

Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way, nor must they show signs of wear. In the case of footwear, the soles must not be marked or damaged.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To request a return, you can send an email to info@unityoriginal.com or use the form in the “Contact Us” section of the website.

The request must include:

• the order number;
• the item or items you wish to return or exchange.

Once the goods are received, our customer service will send a confirmation notification of receipt. The refund will be confirmed within 4 working days from the return delivery date.

Unity will accept returned goods, reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned in compliance with the terms and conditions stated above.

Unity also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with this return policy.
