Returns & Refunds
The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of the order. For the purposes of the deadline, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the competent shipper. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned and the authenticity label including the security seal is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. All items must be received in the same condition in which they were received, provided with the labels, the original packaging and the authenticity label attached to the relative guarantee seal without any lack. Items must not have been worn or altered in any way and must not show any signs of wear or use. The soles of the shoes must not be marked in any way.
The return costs (shipping) are the responsibility of the customer.
How to make a return
- The return request can be made via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the form in the "Contact" section of the site, specifying the order number and the item/s you wish to return or change.
- Subsequently our customer service will send the pre-compiled label to be attached to the package and a link necessary to book the home collection with a simple click.
- A notification of receipt of the goods will be sent to you by our customer service who will confirm the refund within 4 working days from the delivery date.
Unity will accept the returned goods reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned within the terms previously described.
