1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
UNITY offers clothing and accessory collections.
We strive to present every product with images, descriptions and information that are as accurate as possible. Slight differences in the appearance of colours may depend on your device settings.
Product availability depends on stock levels. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to offer a solution or refund the amounts paid for unavailable items.
2. ORDERS AND PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable taxes according to the order destination, as specified at checkout.
Before confirming a purchase, customers can review the selected items, quantities, prices and any additional charges.
Once the purchase is completed, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided.
Obvious pricing or availability errors will be communicated promptly, respecting consumer rights. The price of a completed order will not be changed unilaterally.
3. PAYMENTS
UNITY offers several secure payment methods, including:

UNITY does not ask customers to send their full payment card details by email.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
UNITY offers free shipping on all orders to Italy and all international destinations we serve, with no minimum purchase required.
Following dispatch, customers receive delivery tracking information where a tracking service is available.
The stated delivery times are estimates unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed. Rights under applicable law in the event of delay or non-delivery remain unaffected.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
Orders sent outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges.
Whether such costs apply and how they are allocated depend on the destination and the sales conditions displayed before confirmation of the order.
Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, import charges not included in the price are borne by the recipient.
Customs-related issues will be handled in accordance with applicable law and consumer rights.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want every UNITY purchase to be a satisfying experience.
Where provided by law, consumers have 14 days from delivery to notify us that they wish to return an item, without giving a reason.
Returns are free for orders delivered to Italy and the European Union, under the procedure set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For orders outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, without prejudice to rights under applicable law.
Items may be tried on to assess fit and characteristics. Further use may result in a reduction in the product's value, assessed under applicable law.
Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed with the customer, within the time limits prescribed by law.
When an entire order is returned, the original standard delivery charges are also refunded where required by law.

8. SIZE AND ITEM EXCHANGES
UNITY does not currently offer an automatic size or style exchange service.
If you wish to receive a different item, you can request the return of the purchased product and place a new order.
For defective, damaged or incorrect items, our customer service will assist you in accordance with the statutory guarantee of conformity.
9. STATUTORY GUARANTEE
All products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law.
For purchases governed by Italian law, the statutory guarantee covers, within the terms of the law, defects of conformity that become apparent within two years of delivery.
In the event of non-conformity, customers may request the remedies provided by law, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, subject to the applicable conditions.

The statutory guarantee is separate from the right of withdrawal and is not limited by the conditions for voluntary returns.
10. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS
UNITY promotions are valid during the periods and under the conditions stated on the website, while stocks last.
Discounts introduced after a purchase do not automatically entitle customers to a price adjustment on completed orders.
For offers involving a combined purchase of several items, a partial return may result in a recalculation of promotional benefits, in accordance with the conditions communicated before purchase and consumer rights.
Promotions do not limit the statutory guarantee or right of withdrawal.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the customer's country of habitual residence.
