Payments


Unity reserves the right to correct any printing errors, price changes, item unavailability, lost or delayed shipments.

On our online shop, you can pay using major payment methods, including:

  • Visa credit cards;
  • MasterCard;
  • American Express;
  • Maestro;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay.

Shop now, pay later with Klarna

Payment in 3 installments with Klarna is also available, subject to credit check and approval by the service.


Payment security


You can use your credit card securely on our online shop.

Our payment system uses the 3D Secure protocol, an international security standard supported by Visa and MasterCard, designed to protect online purchases and verify the cardholder's identity.

If your card is not recognized as 3D Secure compatible, or if you encounter problems during verification using systems such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode, we recommend contacting your bank to ensure the card is enabled for secure online payments.


Prices, VAT, duties and taxes


All prices on unityoriginal.com include VAT applicable based on the order's destination country.

Customers residing outside the European Union or Norway may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other additional costs required by the authorities of the destination country.

Such costs are borne by the customer. Unity has no control over the amounts required for customs clearance and cannot definitively predict the amount.

Should the customer refuse package delivery due to duties, taxes, or customs costs, any administrative fees charged to Unity by the competent authorities may be deducted from the refund amount.

For more information on any applicable taxes or duties for your order, please contact your local customs office or postal service in your country.

Any estimates regarding duties, taxes, or customs costs are to be considered indicative and not 100% guaranteed.


Returns


Products purchased on unityoriginal.com can be returned within 14 days from the order's receipt date, provided that the items are intact, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Items must be returned with:

  • original packaging;
  • original tags still attached;
  • any accessories or items included at the time of delivery.

We currently do not process exchanges, except in cases where the goods received are defective or do not match the ordered items. Should you wish to receive a different size, model, or item, a new order will need to be placed.

Unity reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount a value corresponding to any depreciation of the product, should the returned item not be in its original condition.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

During the Christmas period or specific promotional campaigns, the return period may be extended. Even in these cases, all items must be returned unused and in their original condition.


Shipping


All orders are processed during courier working hours.

Orders placed by 2:00 PM will generally be processed and shipped the same day, barring any delays, unavailability, or causes not directly attributable to Unity.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking link, through which you can monitor the delivery status.

Upon receipt of the package, we invite you to carefully check the integrity of the packaging and the goods. If the package or its contents are damaged, we ask you to immediately contact our Customer Service.

Should the recipient not be available to collect the package as specified by the courier, the original shipping cost may be charged. This amount may be deducted from any refund.


Promotions


Offers and promotions available on unityoriginal.com are valid only for a limited time and while supplies last.

Unity reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time, even without prior notice.

If a product is purchased online or in-store before the start of a promotion, it will not be possible to request a refund for the price difference.

In the event of a return of an item purchased as part of a promotion, a multiple offer, or a special initiative, any free or additional items received with the purchase must also be returned.

Should such items not be returned, their corresponding value may be deducted from the refund amount.
